Reservation Policy
Any apartment posted on our site can be booked for a specific date if your stay is 4 days and more.
First of all you have to select the apartment and then fill out Apartment Request Form.
Please note if your stay is 1-3 days, we can’t firmly book any specific apartment in advance.
We offer 3 options of checking-in:
- You can pay for 4 days of your stay and firmly book one of the apartments posted on our site.
- You can send us your request, and if we can find a gap between two reserved dates (e.g., the visitor is checking out from the apartment on the day of your arrival), we can guarantee you a specific apartment.
- Checking-in upon arrival.
You can give us a call upon your arrival in Kharkov and we’ll provide you with a list of available apartments within 15 minutes. The address and the exact price can be given only on the day of your arrival. It is possible only if you arrive during working hours before 6 pm.
Deposit is a must for a guaranteed reservation.
Deposit
The Client guarantees the apartment reservation by means of deposit. When reserving an apartment for major holidays (e.g., New Year and others), for some apartments the deposit is paid for the whole period of staying. Deposit makes a part of the total price and it is deducted from final payment. If you don’t arrive, the deposit is not refunded. On the day of your arrival, you have to pay for all the reserved nights exclusive the deposit.
How to make a deposit:
- by any quick bank transfer (within Ukraine);
- by cash (Ukraine);
- credit card (Visa and MasterCard);
- through PayPal system (foreign countries);
- through Western Union, Travelex, Anelik (foreign countries).
Reservation becomes valid only after receiving the deposit.
After receiving your deposit (the price of 1 day rent), we send you a confirmation of reservation indicating the address of the apartment.
If you confirm the reservation of the apartment and then cancel it, the deposit is not refunded.
We can’t guarantee a reservation without the deposit. In such a case you can call us upon your arrival in Kharkov, and if there’re apartments available at this moment, we’ll accommodate you.
Cancellation of the reservation
If you don’t arrive, or cancel your reservation, the deposit is not refunded.
If you change the dates of your arrival, the deposit is not refunded. In this case, the previous reservation is canceled, and the apartment is booked for new dates.
When we receive your deposit, we refuse other clients who are willing to book the apartment for the same period of time. If you don’t arrive, we incur losses that’s why whatever the reason of your cancellation might be, the deposit is not refunded.
Force Majeure
The reserved apartment might be replaced by the accepting party for a featured one only under force majeure circumstances (damage in the building or outside, issues with running water, electricity, the apartment is rented for a long-term period, it is sold, or it is no longer available for a daily rent).
In case of force majeure circumstances, the apartment will be replaced for a featured one of the same standard, location and price.

Every apartment posted on our site can be booked for a specific date by means of deposit for the first day of the rent (if you’re planning to stay no less than 4 days).
We guarantee a 100% checking-in of the client into the reserved apartment (excluding the force majeur circumstances, see above).
We prefer to work with our regular customers and we value our reputation.
If we’re not sure we can reserve an apartment for you, we’ll never guarantee such a reservation.
You can check-in and check-out any day during the week irrespective of weekends and holidays.
