Our Policy

Preliminary inspection of the rental apartment

    You can view the apartment and its utensils and equipment on the page where it’s described on our site.
    Your representative can view the apartment in person at the time agreed with the representative of our company.

Check-in and check-out time

    Check-in time is 1 pm; check-out time is 12 pm (irrespective of the time of your check-in).
    At the time agreed, you will be met by the representative of our company at the apartment. After you examine and accept the apartment, all the necessary documents are processed and you’re given the keys of the apartment. While checking-in, you have to pay for all the agreed before rent period.
    You can check-in earlier if you pay for 1 more additional rent day.
    You can check-out later (before 6 pm) if you pay half rent day, and after 6 pm if you pay the whole rent for one day.
    You can check-in earlier and check-out later if you discussed this beforehand while making a reservation.
     This additional payment is due to the fact we will have to refuse other customers. As agreed with you, the time of checking-in and checking-out may be changed.

Damage to Property

    On arrival you have to make sure everything works properly and the apartment is in a good condition. On the day of your departure our manager will come to check if everything is ok and to take the keys from you. In case something doesn’t work or is broken, you will have to pay for the damage. We respect you and we expect the same from you. 

Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment

    The price of the apartment includes linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and electricity bills.
    УThe apartment is cleaned once a week only at your request and at the time convenient for you.
    Linen and towel changing is also included in the rent price. Additional cleaning of the apartment is done for additional cost.

Guaranteed obligations

     We guarantee you irrespective of the apartment you rent the following conditions:

1. The possibility to rent an apartment on the day of your request provided there are apartments available.
2. Checking-in and checking-out can be done any day of the week irrespective of the weekends and holidays.
3. If the Customer shortens the period of his / her stay, the paid apartment rent can be considered as the rent for future staying in our apartments.
4. We care about your comfortable staying in Kharkov, that’s why we guarantee that our apartments have all the necessary amenities:

      - clean linens and towels;
      - all kitchen necessities;
      - refrigerator;
      - TV;
      - oven;
      - electric kettle;
      - ironing-board and an iron;
      - washing machine (not in all apartments);
      - cleansers.

5. Free of charge cleaning of the apartment, linen and towel changing once a week. Additional cleaning, and linen and towel changing is 50 hrn.
6. The rent price of the rental apartment can’t be increased after the reservation.
7. In case we can’t accommodate you in the reserved apartment due to circumstances beyond our control, we guarantee to accommodate you in the apartment of the same standard or higher without extra charge. In case the Customer refuses to stay in another apartment, we guarantee to refund all the money paid as deposit and for rent.
